Why I love forza. The perfect non-activity activity. It provides that feeling of peforming a tactile activity which is ultimately meaningless. you get that dopamine rush of winning and seratonin kiss of achieving meaningful progress towards an achievable goal. It gives me that forgotten ability to split my attention betweem visual and audible interactions with no consequences. I can quit a race when I fuck up. I can skip back to catch a misremembered podcast thought or find out the name of an intriguing song.
